A brand new 5K route without the traffic, turns, and tight spaces of prior years AND the hardest, hilliest, most humiliating 10K known to McDonough, GA!!!! The 5K could be run by a bun but you will need your Momma to get you through the 10K!!!! So bring her along- just don’t come crying to us when she is whipping you like a red-headed step child for putting her through this course! Warning: don’t mess with the people in colored race shirts- they are either big dogs, or CRAZY!
YOU and all your friends (and enemies- we aren’t picky!) are invited to participate as a walker, runner, phantom runner, spectator, cheerleader, or volunteer at the 4th annual Run For The Bun.
May 5, 2012. Itty Bitty Bun Run at 4:00 SHARP with the 5K and 10K to follow immediately. And for the record, our race will forever be on the first Saturday of May, so when you make those cheesy family photo calendars this Christmas, put us on it!

To raise some dough to keep buns in the ovens!!! Proceeds from the race will go to help purchase a new ultrasound machine for the PRC. And boy do we knead one!!! You can also raise additional dough by creating a fundraising page and having people sponsor your run. (And for a little incentive…the person (13 or older) who brings in the most money will receive a brand new I-pad2!!! Now get out there and start knocking on doors!)
